SCRIPTURE: Genesis 1:3 Then God said, “Let there be light” and there was light. And God saw the light that it was good, and God divided the light from darkness.
MESSAGE: Welcome to the first Sunday of 2021 and our weekly Townhall Platform connect God. May this year bring more rays of hope, brighter sunshine and divine restoration to your life in Jesus name-Amen.
At the beginning of creation, the Almighty God the creator of heavens and earth first created light. He knew the importance of light to all creations, so He created light first before other things and finally the creation of man on the 6th day.
Light as we all know at the physical realm drives away darkness and brightens our path. At the spirit realm, light represents the presence of God.
As we start the journey through the 365 days in 2021, we need Christ as a lamp unto our feet and a light to our path to discover the hidden treasures reserved for us this year. The entire 2021 is sprawling before everyone of us as unmined acres of diamond. We sincerely need God to order our steps, guide our thoughts and illuminate our minds to discover and operate within His purpose for our lives. We need the permanent presence of the light of God to drive away forces of darkness from destroying our individual destinies in 2021.
PRAYER: Father put a solid divider between me and forces of darkness forever, please command abundance into my destiny. Father, please speak light to my life now and let the darkness called poverty depart from my life forever.
Father let there be light to guide me way throughout this year 2021 in Jesus name-Amen
