SCRIPTURE: Psalm 126:5 “Those who sow in tears will reap with shout of joy”
MESSAGE: You may not really appreciate the value of your achievements if you have not experienced a long and tiring walk along the road of your dream. All the long night prayers, fasting, trails, hardships, labour, sowing and tears are part of the milestones that dot the various phases of your destiny journey. Today God is telling you that you will be rewarded in due season and that your travail along the part of life will never be in vain.
God is looking for faithful and consistent people to lift to unimaginable zenith of life. He is looking for people like Abraham, Joseph, David, Mordechai who did not waver in believing God’s promise such that their faith ushed them into their rest and brought glory to God.
Friends, what are you building or sowing? What are your visions in life and goals for 2021? Many people are genuinely labouring, putting so much strength and energy into life without commensurate result. They simply sow in tears and reap in tears, going through the long walk of life without proportionate reward because of adopting the wrong approach.
I tell you a secret. Every war that King David won was because God was the captain of the warfare who fought for him. This simply tells us that success in our destiny walk is “Not by might nor by power, but by my spirit says the Lord of host” (Zechariah 4:6)
Although there will always be wild birds trying to steal your seed to abort you labour, just keep sowing your seeds, and continue your destiny walk faithfully. Our ever-faithful God will cause things to happen that you will never dream or imagine. He will reward your long walk and take you to the zenith of your dream.
PRAYER: Lord, I come to you broken and weak. I have no power nor might, no godfather to lift me up, but I have You as God the Father. Lord bless my long walk in my career, vision, business (name them). Father increase my anointing, fuel my passion and breath new ideas, illumination and insights into me to enhance the work of the kingdom in Jesus name—Amen.
